Financial Services Officer (Traineeship Programme)

The trainee will undergo rigorous training in wealth planning, insurance and investment advisory over a period of 6 months. He / She will attend lectures and proficiency courses to acquire the fundamentals for various wealth planning methodologies, tools and products. The trainee will have the opportunity to apply his / her newly acquired knowledge and develop professional skills during a 2-month attachment to an industry practitioner.

The trainee will also be coached and sponsored for up to 6 CFMAS professional certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI, M8, M8A).

By the end of the programme, the trainee is expected to be:

  • well-acquainted with the wealth planning process
  • skilled in applying various client acquisition techniques
  • proficient in developing and executing selected wealth strategies independently

High calibre trainees who have proven their mettle on the programme will be

  • Selected for full-time employment within the company
  • Sponsored for a 1-1 life and career coaching session by a Certified Life Coach

Candidates applying for the traineeship programme must possess the following qualities:

  • Enterprising and industrious individual with a desire to establish a professional career in wealth advisory and consulting
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively; explain complex ideas/concepts to the layman with accuracy
  • Have a positive mindset and good learning attitude
  • Trustworthy and ethical
  • Recent graduates (year 2019 or 2020) with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline are welcomed to apply

Marketing Communications Executive

The primary responsibility of the marketing communications executive (specialist in Graphic Design & Social Media) is to work with the relevant departments to execute all visual aspects of corporate marketing and branding initiatives for the IPP organisation. This will involve working with service providers and various divisions in creating and designing various assets, not limited to, infographics, social media, display banners, email, print collateral, posters, reports, presentations, and various web-based elements (HTML literacy preferred).

The incumbent will have to manage various social media platforms, generate reports, propose, implement, and execute ideas and strategies. Additionally, the selected candidate will also be required to research the latest design tools and trends as well as managing a depository of all visual collaterals and working files.

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
