Sharon brings to the table close to 10 years of financial advisory experience. Prior to that, she had obtained much local and international work experience with Treasury, Global Forex Trading, as well as Securities Settlement. Passionate about training and grooming talents, Sharon was already leading a diverse team of close to 100 advisers less than 5 years into her financial advisory career. The high performers she led included Million Dollar Round Table, Court of the Table, and Top of the Table qualifiers.

A seasoned coach for corporations, business owners, and individuals, Sharon also served as both Lead Trainer and Guest Trainer in the company’s training programmes.

These include intensive small-group training sessions and large-scale settings with over 100 attendees. Out of the office, Sharon dedicates most of her time to providing coaching services and pursuing courses related to coaching. She is also interested in positive psychology to help her team and clients find flow, evolve, and flourish in their work and life.

Sharon majored in Economics at Nanyang Technological University and is currently a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
