Ross took over my accounts when the previous adviser left the company. This was in his previous job with a different company.

Ross introduced himself when my previous adviser left the company towards the end of 2018.

In the areas of financial planning, Ross has reviewed my retirement plans in light of changes in personal circumstances and provide me advice on the non-performing savings plan.
