Veronica specialises in financial risk management, that is, identifying, evaluating and addressing financial risks that can affect people and businesses.
“I support high-net-worth persons in financial risk management. I also serve as a risk adviser for corporate entities,” she explains.
When required, Veronica guides her clients in investment, retirement and legacy planning for families when they need wealth transfer advice. She is also experienced in implementing various insurance services for organisations, including employee benefits solutions.

Taking Change as an Advantage
Veronica looks back at the time when she first joined the industry in 1985, when Singapore was a developing nation, and financial planning was an unfamiliar concept.
“People had poor financial literacy, and many of us were from poor families,” she recalls.
But times have changed, and rapidly. Today, Singapore is amongst the world’s most prominent financial hubs. And watching this remarkable transformation unfold has helped Veronica refine her modus operandi in her career. Today, she is a respected go-to person in financial risk management advisory.
“In this fast-changing world, one of the biggest obstacles is to stay relevant. I always remind myself never to stop learning, and to keep an open mind to take on changes that come my way,” says Veronica.
This is why, throughout her 35-year career in advisory, Veronica has been steadfast in her conviction that a disciplined yet versatile approach is vital in every successful financial plan. Guided by this principle, she has seen many of her clients through both good times and crises. Over the years, she has won the confidence of many long-term clients, who have come to see her as a valuable adviser and an esteemed business partner.
Veronica’s consistent achievements are testament of her aptitude; joining the organisation in 2007, she has qualified for the IPPFA’s Chairman Round Table (CRT) and Producers Club Award every year since its inception.

“I make it a point to put my clients’ interests above all, even my own.” says the adviser, who shares that she sees advisory as a “duty of care” to those she serves.
“The greatest endorsement of my life’s work is from a client and beloved friend who had trusted me to manage her estate after her passing to ensure continual financial security for her loved ones. This is the greatest affirmation I have received that what I am doing is impactful to the people who have placed their trust in me,” she adds.
Veronica resolves to continue serving her clients and walking alongside them as their guide as financial products are evolving to be more complicated and sophisticated. Her goal is to make things simple so that clients can make the best choices for themselves.
