Chief Executive Officer

Mr Sean Ong currently helms IPPFA, overseeing the activities of the organisation’s nearly 500 advisers and staff across Singapore.

Having begun his career in the finance industry in 2002, Sean is a Certified Life Coach and a Chartered Financial Consultant, and has been featured on local TV and radio. As a keen advocate of philanthropic causes, Sean raised over $13,000 in sponsorship in 2012 for a children’s charity in Singapore by running 1,000 km over 87 days. He has also shared his knowledge in his book, “Mend Your Socks!”, the proceeds of which were donated to charity.

Sean completed his Masters of Science Degree in Technopreneurship & Innovation in 2020, and was honoured in the Director’s List for academic excellence. He has a keen interest in InsurTech projects and mental wellness initiatives for the youth. Above all, Sean counts knowing Jesus Christ as the most significant event in his life.
