Yee Lan leads the investment and research team at IPP Financial Advisers, overseeing a range of portfolio strategies across varying risk profiles. With over 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in macro strategy, portfolio management, and investment research across global markets.

Most recently, she served as Head of Macro Strategy and Research at RHB Asset Management, where she managed global equity funds. One of these, the RHB Leisure, Lifestyle & Luxury Fund, was recognised with the LSEG Lipper Fund Award 2025 for its outstanding five-year performance. Prior to RHB Asset Management, Yee Lan held senior roles at Tokio Marine Asset Management, BNP Paribas, and J.P. Morgan Investment Management, where she further honed her capabilities in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and macroeconomic modelling.

Yee Lan is a CFA® Charterholder and has earned the CFA® Sustainable Investing Certificate.
